Product returns and replacements
The product can be exchanged or returned.
We will guide you through the exchange and return of goods in four easy steps
- Sign in to your account. Not registered? It doesn't matter, you load the order using its number.
- Select the products you want to return or exchange.
- Check, fill in the notes and the account number where we will refund any overpayment.
- Send the package to us - you can use shipping from us or any other way.

How and where can I return the goods?
You can return unused goods to us within 30 days. Returning goods is easy. Just fill out the online return form. After filling it out, you will be shown all the necessary information to return the goods for free
How long will it take to get my money back?
Once the goods reach us, we will just check if they are damaged in any way, and if they are fine, we will refund you as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the package is delivered.
Is it possible to exchange the returned goods for another product from the e-shop?
Exchange of goods is of course possible. Go to the online return and exchange form and then just follow the exchange instructions that appear on the form. You will only pay the difference in price, if you overpay, the form will ask you to enter the account number to which we will refund the amount. For the exchange of goods, the same rules apply as for returns. The goods you are returning must be unused and in their original packaging. Thank you!
