When sending goods, please:

  • pack the claimed goods in a suitable solid packaging so that it cannot be subsequently damaged or otherwise degraded,
  • deliver the claimed goods in person or by any delivery service to the address VYKOM s.r.o., Kumburský Újezd 104, 509 01 Nová Paka
  • do not send the package cash on delivery, we cannot accept such shipments.

Complaint processing procedure

We will notify you by email as soon as we receive your package. We will check the situation as soon as possible and inform you within 3 days about how to handle the claim. We have 30 days to process the complaint , but we try to make the processing time as short as possible .

Complaints Procedure

  1. The buyer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods without undue delay and to inform the seller of any detected defects within 5 days.
  2. The buyer must notify the detected defects in writing (by e-mail) within 5 days of receiving the goods. In the written notification, the buyer must state the detected defects. Describe what defects are and how they manifest. The buyer sends the written notification to the seller's registered office.
  3. To make a claim, you must submit a copy of the invoice and proof of delivery and payment of the goods whose defects are being claimed.
  4. The seller does not assume responsibility for damages resulting from the operation of the products, functional properties and damages from unprofessional use of the products, as well as damages caused by incorrect handling. Defects of this origin are not covered by the warranty provided.
  5. The seller undertakes to inform the customer no later than three days after receiving the complaint about the method of processing the complaint.
