HOW TO FIND THE SPARE PARTS YOU NEED
How to search:
When searching, enter the searched word in the line displayed after clicking on the magnifying glass in the upper right corner - enter the product name, mark or ordering code and press ENTER.
Putting the goods in the basket:
If you have decided to choose an item, press the Buy button. You can access the Basket page at any time also by pressing the icon in the upper right corner of the Basket contents screen.
Sending the purchase order:
If you have put the chosen items in the basket, go to the Basket section by clicking on the Basket contents in the upper right corner. You will see the purchase summary and you can continue by pressing the Next button. Now enter your personal data like: name, surname, address, phone, e-mail and, if you purchase for a company, also the ID and VAT ID numbers. If you have purchased in our shop already, you only have to enter your login data and the invoicing data will be filled in automatically. Then you will choose the transport and payment method and confirm by pressing Next. Finally, you will see the summary of your purchase order and the final amount. For the order to be sent, you must acknowledge our Terms and Conditions; without them, the order cannot be sent.
By pressing the ORDER button, you become our customer and we will give the highest priority to you and your order.
An important notice for foreign customers: For correct invoicing of your order, you must state whether you are or are not a VAT payer.
After sending the order:
You are in our care immediately after sending your order. We are able to dispatch a large part of our goods within 24 hours from order confirmation. You will be continuously informed by e-mail about the progress of your purchase.
Dispatch of ordered goods from our shop
When you order goods before 14:00 o'clock, we will dispatch your parcel on the same day. But the hour is not strictly given. If you need the goods urgently, please contact us and we will find the best solution together. We really have the spare parts in our stock and we dispatch them immediately. If they are out of stock, we will provide a fast order and delivery to you.

After finishing an order, you will soon receive a confirmation e-mail with a recap and with the link to monitor the progress of processing of your order. Further, an e-mail will inform you about the dispatch of the goods. You can monitor your orders after logging in your account. That's why it is good to log in when purchasing; then everything will be faster and more transparent for you.
If you don't receive the confirmation e-mail, please check your personal and invoicing data or contact us and we will check whether your order was saved in our system. If your order is not registered in our company, you will have to repeat the procedure and wait for the confirmation e-mail.
